Due to the unique nature of our business, we cannot accept returns for products of any kind. The only exception is a product that is defective, and it will be replaced with an exact duplicate. We require at least a 3-day notice if a registered student is unable to attend a class, retreat, or longarm rental appointment. A store credit will be issued with a 3-day notice. No store credit will be issued if a student withdraws from a class with less than a 3-day notice.
