Class Policies

  • Class Fees must be paid in full when registering for the class. Registrations can be made in person or over the phone. (Phone registrations require a credit card.)
  • We require at least a 3-day notice if a registered student is unable to attend. A store credit will be issued with a 3-day notice. No store credit will be issued if a student withdraws from a class with less than a 3-day notice.
  • Students will be given a list of supplies needed for the class along with a 10% discount coupon to purchase class supplies. We appreciate your business, and thank you for purchasing your supplies from The Little Shop of Stitches.
  • In extreme weather, classes may be canceled. You will receive a phone call and/or an email notification. If the shop cancels a class, it will be rescheduled--if at all possible. Students may choose to register for the rescheduled class, or receive a refund. Only classes canceled by the shop are eligible for refunds.
  • Any class without a registration by the end of the previous business day will be canceled.
